Sat Nam, please join me for this 40day meditation to open the flow of Kundalini and take your leap of faith!
Last Friday was the start of a new moon in Sagittarius calling us to take a leap of faith. It is the end of the year too – a time for finishing off projects and considering what we want for our new year. We also cannot ignore the speed and transformative (often scary) times that we’re living in.
Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is specifically designed for these times – the Aquarian Age, which was written about in the ancient Indian Vedas. It was forseen as a time of great change and turmoil and Yogi Bhajan saw that we would need the strength of Kundalini Yoga to withstand such transition.
Kundalini Yoga is a dormant creative potential.
This new moon is calling us to take that ‘leap of faith’, not only for ourselves but for the greater good.
What is it that you’ve thought to share but been too scared to start?
Break through your inner and outer blocks using this very simple, beautiful and powerful meditation – Antar Naad.
On Christmas Day, at 11:11, our moon will be full. What a powerful time!
I encourage you to start this meditation now and continue for 40 days, taking you into the New Year will grace, focus and humility.
Start with 11minutes a day. You can sing along to a recording – I like Nirinjan Kaur’s version on Prem Siri (click HERE to listen and buy). But it’s also very healing to listen to your own voice too, which is easier once you’ve been practising for a good few days and have the rhythmn etc.
THIS is Nirinjan Kaur explaining more about the meditation and performing it live – magical.
As always, let me know how you get on. Love, Roisin x
